We are looking to recruit a Regional Music Consultant to join our existing team based out of Shanghai, China.
The role will include travelling to many high profile clients in and around China to liaise with them
with regards to their music and media requirements, feeding back to the team and implementing music profiles and strategies based on
each customers unique needs.

Are you looking for a customer facing role and enjoy problem solving? If so we may have the role for you.
We are currently looking for 2 x additional full time team members to join our Technical Support Helpdesk based in
our Chesterfield office. Full training will be given to the successful candidates and therefore we would consider applicants looking
for their 1st job or 2nd role having gained some experience already.
The role is that of Support Analyst and the key purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective service to
customers (who may be calling/emailing/online chatting via website) with problems affecting their networked or cd updated/offline music
players and sound systems. To instigate the online diagnosis of all faults to Imagesound players where necessary, and wherever possible
remotely rectify. For faults that cannot be rectified remotely, liaison with the Operations team to arrange site visit(s) or replacement
players/parts. Logging of all service calls on the bespoke database and checking of warranties or rental status via order system to determine
and raising of appropriate paperwork, including necessary authorisation. Proactive monitoring and chasing on the networking of players to
You will be liaising with clients, engineers, various departments within the UK and overseas offices on a day to day basis.
The team work on a staggered rota system from 08.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday with your standard working day being 7.5 hours per
day Monday – Friday and work in conjunction with our International offices to ensure 24/7 cover for all our clients. Holidays are
25 days per annum plus statutory holidays.
