Finance Manager, APAC

Location: Hong Kong – Office Based.

Hours: Full Time.

Reporting To: UK Finance Team and APAC Regional Director.

Role Purpose:

As our business continues to grow across the APAC region, we are looking for a Finance Manager to provide regional finance support while working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong and the UK.

This is a hands-on role supporting a range of finance activities across the region, including contract administration, invoicing, collections, financial reporting and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective financial processes and strong collaboration between regional teams and headquarters.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting finance operations across the APAC region.
Reviewing and administering contract-related financial information.
Managing invoicing and supporting revenue collection activities.
Maintaining accurate financial records and information within business systems.
Preparing and supporting financial reporting and analysis.
Working closely with colleagues across APAC and the UK to ensure efficient and accurate finance processes.
Supporting continuous improvement and regional finance initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or revenue operations environment.
Experience of invoicing, accounts receivable, collections and financial administration.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
Ability to work independently whilst building effective relationships across teams and locations.
Experience of ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, would be advantageous.
Experience working within an international or multi-location business would be beneficial.
Fluent English, Cantonese and basic level of Mandarin preferably, both written and spoken.

You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working across different time zones and finding practical solutions to day-to-day challenges while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

We welcome applications from candidates who are qualified by experience, part-qualified, or fully qualified. Professional finance qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, HKICPA, CPA or equivalent are advantageous but not essential.

Commercial Operations Officer, APAC

Location: Hong Kong – Office Based.

Hours: Full Time.

Reporting To: APAC Regional Director.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Commercial Operations Officer to support business activities across the APAC region.

This role plays an important part in ensuring commercial information, contracts, project rollouts, and business records are maintained accurately and coordinated effectively across teams. Working closely with colleagues across APAC and the UK, you will help support operational efficiency and the successful delivery of commercial activities.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting customer set up, onboarding and operational delivery activities across the APAC region.
Coordinating commercial documentation and contract administration.
Assisting with contract renewals and commercial support activities.
Supporting project and site rollout coordination.
Maintaining accurate information and records within business systems.
Working closely with Commercial, Service, Technical, Media, and Finance teams.
Supporting reporting, business administration, and process improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Experience in administration, operations, commercial support, project coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident working with business systems, contracts, and data.
Professional approach when dealing with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferably, both written and spoken.

Services to be Provided:

The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on music related matters to our clients. This will involve:-

Liaising with potential and existing clients - this may be in person meetings at the client's location/video calls/telephone calls or by email.
Understanding the Musicstyling offering, including player types to enable appropriate recommendations to be made.
Being a point of contact in the region for existing clients to ensure the client requires a first class service.
Meeting sales targets for the region the consultant is responsible for.
Gathering of market information/identifying new opportunities.

Consultant Skills/Experience:

To deliver the service contracted it is expected that the following skills/experience will be a requirement for anyone applying for a consultancy position.

First class organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Self-starter.
Willing to travel within the region for client meetings as and when required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
First class professional approach and maintaining high standards at all times.
Able to demonstrate commercial and financial awareness.
Conscientious, honest and reliable.
A passion for music with extensive musical knowledge, ideally in a commercial environment.
Ability to follow processes and procedures.
