To ensure delivery of this high level service we are looking for additional independent consultants locations around the world - of particular interest are consultants based in Vietnam/Australia/South Korea, although any international location will be considered.


Services to be Provided:

The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on music related matters to our clients. This will involve:-

  • Liaising with potential and existing clients - this may be in person meetings at the client's location/video calls/telephone calls or by email.
  • Understanding the Musicstyling offering, including player types to enable appropriate recommendations to be made.
  • Being a point of contact in the region for existing clients to ensure the client requires a first class service.
  • Meeting sales targets for the region the consultant is responsible for.
  • Gathering of market information/identifying new opportunities.

Consultant Skills/Experience:

To deliver the service contracted it is expected that the following skills/experience will be a requirement for anyone applying for a consultancy position.

  • First class organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Self-starter.
  • Willing to travel within the region for client meetings as and when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • First class professional approach and maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Able to demonstrate commercial and financial awareness.

Audio Visual Installation/Service Engineer

Location: London, United Kingdom.


Role Purpose:

To provide our clients with first-class installation and service cover throughout the UK. Ensuring that work instructions are followed correctly, for both system installations and service works, and the associated works are completed to the required standard; adherence to site rules and requirements at all times to ensure delivery of all projects for clients are met and delivered on budget. Attending service calls to identify and find a resolution by correct diagnosis of the issue and recommendations, where appropriate, being fed back to the appropriate team to enable the next steps to be taken, whilst adhering to the time parameters on service calls and the associated rules around these.


Key Tasks:

  • Working alone to undertake sound system installation works and service calls in accordance with issued plans/job specific work instructions or as and when required part of a 2-person team, which may be working with another employed engineer or sub-contractor.
  • Timely reporting to the Operations team or Imagesound Project Manager where issues are encountered on site.
  • Ensuring adherence to client requirements when attending sites, e.g. booking in, logging out etc.
  • Accurate fault finding/diagnosis of audio/audio visual system issues and correctly reporting back to the technical team with recommendations if unable to resolve whilst on site.
  • Ensuring authorisation is received from the technical support team to remain on site if a service call runs over the allocated time.
  • As and when required, acting as lead engineer on behalf of the Imagesound Project Manager on installations.
  • Where applicable you may be required to work with a less experienced or trainee engineer to assist with their training and development.
  • Ensuring full and accurate completion of paperwork, including where required, marking up of plans and timely return of such documentation to the office.
  • Undertaking tasks to support other engineers out in the field, eg delivery of equipment to site.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and levels of basic equipment on company vehicle.
  • Undertaking and completing vehicle checks if in possession of a company vehicle.
  • Completion of accurate health and safety documentation.
  • Any other task deemed appropriate.

Person Specification

  • Ability to work on own or part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able, due to equipment to be installed, parking restrictions meaning that equipment may need to be carried, by hand, to the location.
  • Professional at all times.
  • Comfortable working at height.
  • Full driving licence, ideally having been held for more than 5 years'.
  • Confident driving in cities/unfamiliar locations.
  • Able to work away from home as and when required and at short notice.
  • Experience of working on construction sites.
  • Familiar in the use of power tools/hand tools and cutting equipment.
  • Conscientious, honest, and reliable.
  • CSCS/ECS Card and Asbestos Awareness qualification, but training will be given.
  • IPAF/Pasma and Working at Height qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given.
  • Flexible regarding working hours. To accommodate the needs of our clients the successful candidate may be required to undertake works early morning eg 04.00 am or a late evening finish or overnight working.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience of audio and audio video installation ideally in a commercial environment.

Skills

  • First class organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload and plan day factoring in any time specific requirements/location of destination where appropriate.
  • Ability to read and interpret marked up drawings and be able to mark up plans on site surveys for the project manager to correctly specify requirements for the client

Working Hours/Benefits

  • Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Chesterfield, United Kingdom.

Full time/Office based only.

37 Hours per week ‐ Monday to Friday

SALARY - £22500 PER ANNUM


Do you enjoy dealing with customers over the phone and solving their issues? If so, this may be the role for you.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our Technical Support team. This does not require any technical experience as full training will be provided. This is an entry level position, and the salary offered reflects this.

The key purpose of the role is to answer 1st line customer and internal calls and emails that are received by the Technical Helpdesk Team. Core to this is delivery of an excellent customer experience from the moment the call is received for customers and assisting them with any technical queries, ensuring it is logged on the system to capture all the correct details to enable a successful outcome.


Key Tasks:

  • Managing 1st line customer & internal engineer queries received via phone and email.
  • Logging all inbound calls on our internal bespoke system.
  • Providing a consistent experience for every caller.
  • Liaising with various internal departments in relation to resolving issues for the client.
  • Utilising client maintenance portals as and when required.
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate teams where required, e.g., 3rd Line IT support.
  • Making outbound calls, where applicable, to clients to follow up on calls/give them updates on status etc.
  • Proactively actioning offline networking sites to ensure all clients are up to date and online.
  • Any other task deemed appropriate within the role.
