Location: Chesterfield, UK
We are looking to recruit a Trainee Installation Engineer, to work alongside a Senior Installation
Engineer as part of a 2-man team, travelling across the UK installing audio and audio-visual systems into retail and leisure outlets.
Reporting to the senior engineer you will be trained in all aspects of installation of our AV systems as well as
attending service calls to diagnose and resolve issues in trading retail and leisure outlets.
Due to the location of some installations, overnight stays will be required during the week and applicants need
to be prepared to stay away from home as and when required during the week.
There will be a requirement for the trainee to drive a company vehicle, and as such applicants will ideally be
over 21, and have a full, clean, UK driving licence and have passed their test over 2 years ago due to our fleet motor insurance restrictions,
however consideration will be given to applicants who are under 21 but who have held their full UK licence for 2 years or more.
Working at height is a requirement for this role and applicants must be comfortable with working off ladders or

We are looking to recruit Audio/Audio Visual Engineers to provide installation and service cover predominantly in the
following locations (although from time to time travel may be required to meet the needs of our customers outside of these areas):-
Applicants must a full (ideally clean) UK Driving Licence and have passed their driving test more than 2 years ago due to our fleet motor
The successful applicant will work alone in most cases undertaking 1-man installations and service calls but will also be required to team
up with other engineers when required to complete 2-man installations of audio and audio visual systems into retail and leisure outlets.
Both internal and external training will be provided to bring the engineer’s skills up to the standard required. As part of the training
programme the engineer will be required to spend a few weeks both in our Head Office in Chesterfield and working away with a senior engineer
to learn all aspects of the role.
Due to the location of some installations, overnight stays may be required during the week if working out of the normal working area.
Working hours – 48 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
