Location: Chesterfield, UK
We are looking to recruit an additional Installation/Service Coordinator to join our existing Install team.
Using our bespoke system the successful candidate will work with the rest of the team in ensuring
that all installation/service works are completed accurately and on time for our clients.

It is expected that the successful candidate will have strong customer service and organisational
skills, be able to multi-task and have an excellent telephone manner as well as good IT skills. Attention to detail is key in
this role and accuracy is paramount. Good geographical knowledge of the UK is also required. Previous experience in a similar
environment would be a distinct advantage.
Working hours are Monday – Thursday 09:00 to 17:30 and Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
Holidays - 25 per annum plus stats.
Location: Remote Working
This is a newly created role to provide weekend and public holiday 1st line and 2nd line support for the
Musicstyling team. To provide an efficient and effective service to customers calling/emailing in with problems affecting their
networked or CD updated music systems, as well as fielding music requests. We require fast call answering and call logging onto
a bespoke system to get service calls resolved as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone who can provide impeccable 1st line support, can pick up 2nd line support quickly
and, ideally, can start immediately.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, patience, excellent communication skills, be
highly reliable and extremely organised, as well as being confident on the telephone when speaking with clients for whom English
is not their first language.
Working hours will be Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 am to 18:00 pm plus Bank Holidays, where required.
Full training will be provided, which will require attendance during the normal working week.
